Return and Refund Policy

At CC Iron Works LLC, many of our products are custom fabricated. Because of this, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.

 

1. Custom Fabrication Orders

Most items produced by CC Iron Works LLC are custom made to order.

Due to the custom nature of these products:

• Custom orders are non-refundable once fabrication has begun

• Customers must approve design specifications before production starts

• Deposits for custom work may be non-refundable

2. Standard Products

If a non-custom item is purchased, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Return requested within 14 days of delivery

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

• Photos of the damage

• Description of the issue

• Order information

After review, we may offer:

• Repair

• Replacement

• Partial refund

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom fabricated products

• Used grills, smokers, or fire pits

• Items modified after delivery

• Clearance or discounted items (if specified)

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
